2025 Seaonal Campsite Information: The drawing for 2025 seasonal applications took place in September 2024.
2025 Monthly and Nightly Information:
- Monthly reservations will open at 10:00 am on Monday, March 24, 2025 and close at 9:59 am on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
- Monthly reservations require payment in full at the time of reservations and refunds will only be considered in extreme circumstances.
- Nightly Reservations will open at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
- First night must be paid at the time of reservation, and no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason.

Reminder: All reservations need to be made online. Fisherman's Point does not accept cash or check for payment.
Tips: An account must be created prior to reserving online with a username/password and valid email address. It is suggested you test logging in to your account well in advance of reservations opening. Be prepared with dates and campsite preferences as sites reserve quickly.
During the Off-Season (end of September to 10/31/2024)
Off season camping is:
- First come, first serve - No Reservations
- $18.00 per day
- Payable at City Hall
- Amenities are limited and subject to weather (docks, bathrooms, showers, wood purchase) after regular season closes

About Us
Fisherman's Point Campground is a municipal campground located on a wooded peninsula of Whitewater Lake in northern Minnesota, featuring 93 secluded campsites with all the amenities and scenery you could ask for. Please visit our About Us page for more information about our campground and additional activities located less than two miles away in downtown Hoyt Lakes. Although NONE of our sites have sewer or water hook-ups we do have a filtered city water fill station and a dump station avaiable on site, for our campers free of charge.
The regular 2025 camping season will run from April 25 to September 22, 2025.

Reservations
Reservations are made using our online reservation system by clicking Make Reservations, located on the left side of the screen. You will need a username and password to make reservations. If you are not yet registered, click on My Account to the left and register.
Reservations are strongly recommended during season. Please call or email the campground office during the hours listed above with questions or reservation issues.
Cancellations are accepted by the Campground Manager via telephone and email. First day campsite rental fee is non-refundable for any reason. The City of Hoyt Lakes will not issue any refunds or credits for any reservation cancellation.
Camping at Fisherman's Point is at your own risk. The City of Hoyt Lakes is not responsible for damage or loss to any property. There is limited severe weather shelter space available in the event of storms. Please contact the East Range Police Department (218-225-2000) for more information. We attempt to notify campers of inclement weather whenever possible; however, it is your responsibilty to stay informed and have a safety plan in place to protect yourself and your family from severe weather threats. Please be aware that Fisherman's Point road may become impassable in severe weather.
